Temporary Registration

You can be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This will allow you to be on the local practice list and still remain a patient of your permanent GP. After three months you will have to permanently register with that practice.

To register as a temporary patient simply fill in our temporary registration form and contact your current GP to send us a patient summary.

Practices do not have to accept you as a temporary patient although they do have an obligation to offer emergency treatment. You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the town or area where you are already registered.

Please note that if you require to see the doctor for repeat medications, these may not be available as our dispensary only carries a limited stock.  We only get deliveries of medication
twice a week so please be prepared ahead of time.  If you have any queries please contact the dispensary on 01878 700302 (Option 1).
